I enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast had a nice variety, including waffles. The staff was helpful, especially Meka, who went above and beyond. The room was spacious and comfortable The pool area looked great as well. 😊

One significant downside was the lack of adjoining rooms, which made visiting family more of a hassle than it should have been. Additionally, the milk at breakfast was spoiled, raising concerns about the refrigeration practices. The pool wasn't heated, which deterred swimming. a bit chilly for a Southern getaway.

Not bad for a family getaway

The breakfast was very nice, they had these cinnamon waffles that my kid couldn't get enough of. Even better, the staff went out of their way to keep the kids entertained during breakfast, while I sipped on some great coffee.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Every time I visit Charleston for my cancer treatment, I stay here and really appreciate how clean and comfortable it is. The pool and gym were great for unwinding after long days, although the bathtub took a while to drain. I’d suggest bringing your own pillows for extra comfort on that rock-hard bed! 😌

It was just an ideal choice for a passing visit in North Charleston with fantastic value. The bathroom was spacious and clean, which made our stay comfortable. Try to avoid rush hour to make the drive easier.

A Disappointing Family Getaway

We recently spent two nights in a Queen Suite and were thoroughly disappointed. Multiple room changes due to filthy pullout sofas, a non-draining tub, and an icy pool made our stay far from relaxing. Staff presence was minimal, and breakfast offering was limited.

The location was perfect for our son's baseball tournament. Check-in was speedy, making our arrival smooth.

The breakfast in the morning was quite good, and the staff was friendly during our stay. However, the bathroom in our room had issues that left us needing to use the lobby facilities. We stayed with young kids, so being awakened by loud music until early morning was not ideal. Although they did eventually accommodate us with a room switch, it was a frustrating experience overall.
